As part of the ever changing eclectic atmosphere of Smoketown USA, Denni’s Yard Sale represents all of the items in the dining room, which are for sale. Everything, from the tables and chairs to the pictures on the walls and all the knick knacks that fill the shelves and countertops, is for sale.

Lynn Gould shops yard sales and collects items for sale in the restaurant. Artists bring their artwork and consignors bring their consignments for display and sale at Smoketown USA.

Once Denni’s Yard Sale begins to gain a little more momentum, the Gould’s plan to begin donating a portion of Denni’s Yard Sale proceeds to local charities in the area.
